All brand new items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or replacement.
Please make sure you check the condition of all products within 48hrs of receiving the items from us. Any damage reported after 48hrs of delivery will be refused.
FAULTY PRODUCTS:
If an item is faulty please contact us first so that our in house technician can determine if the item is indeed faulty and provide you with a Returns RMA number
Once the fault has been confirmed the item can be sent back to us. However, It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item arrives back to us.
If we cannot fix the issue with the item we will send the item back to the manufacturer who will repair or replace it with the same or similar item.
Please be aware this can take up to 3-5 weeks depending on the manufacturers return and warranty process.
VOID WARRANTY:
Warranty is void if the serial number seal has been either removed or if the product has occurred man-made damage. This includes any damage caused during installation such as Cut Cables or Physical Damage from the devices being dropped, Also items damaged due to use of the incorrect power supplies or use of Low-Quality Connectors.
